1. Information about the collection of personal data
1.1 In the following, we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data are all data that are personally identifiable to you, e.g. name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.

1.3 When you contact us via e-mail or via our contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address and your surname, possibly further voluntary information) will be stored by us in order to answer your enquiries. We will delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary, or limit the processing if statutory retention requirements exist.

2.1 With regard to personal data concerning you, you have the following rights towards us:

3. Collection of personal data when visiting our website
3.1 When using the website only for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which are technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to guarantee stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f GDPR):

3.2 In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.
3.3 Use of cookies:
3.3.1 This website uses the following types of cookies, whose extent and operating principle are explained below:

- Persistent Cookies (see 3.3.3).
3.3.2 Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. This includes in particular the session cookies. 4. Use of Google Analytics
4.1 This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. “(“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases the full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with further services associated with website and Internet use.
4.2 The IP address transmitted by your browser in the framework of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data.

4.4 We use Google Analytics to analyse and regularly improve the use of our website. Through the statistics gained, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. 5. Use of Facebook
5.1 We currently use Facebook as a social media plug-in. We offer you the possibility to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in via the button with the Facebook logo. Only if you click on it, the plug-in provider will be informed that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offer. In addition, the data mentioned under point 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. According to Facebook, the IP address in Germany is made anonymous immediately after it is collected. By activating the plug-in, your personal data will be transferred to Facebook and stored there (in the USA). Since the plug-in provider collects data via cookies in particular, we recommend that you delete all cookies before clicking on the logo using your browser’s security settings.
5.2 We have no influence on the data collected and data processing processes, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purposes of processing, the storage periods. We also have no information on the deletion of the data collected by the plug-in provider.
5.3 The plug-in provider stores the data collected about you as user profiles and uses these for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or demand-oriented design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (also for not logged in users) for the representation of demand-fair advertisement and in order to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have a right of objection to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact the respective plug-in provider to exercise this right. Through the plug-ins we offer you the possibility to interact with social networks and other users, so that we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. 5.4 Data transfer is independent of whether you have an account with the plug-in provider and are logged in there. If you are logged in with the plug-in provider, your data collected with us will be directly assigned to your existing account with the plug-in provider. If you click the activated button and, for example, link the page, the plug-in provider also stores this information in your user account and shares it publicly with your contacts. We recommend that you log out regularly after using a social network, especially before activating the button, as this way you can avoid being assigned to your profile with the plug-in provider.

6. Integration of Google Maps
6.1 On this website, we use the service of Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.
6.2 By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have called up the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under point 3 of this declaration will be transmitted. This is regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in with or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button.
